DRY CLEANING & LAUNDRY – Technical Process
1. Garment Segregation & Tagging
Clothes are categorized based on fabric composition (cotton, wool, silk, synthetics) and color fastness. Each item is tagged with an identification barcode for traceability.
2. Pre-Spotting & Stain Analysis
Stains are analyzed based on their origin (oil-based, protein, tannin, pigment) and treated with enzyme-based pre-spotting agents or solvent-compatible stain removers.
3. Dry Cleaning (Solvent-Based Cleaning)
Delicate fabrics and non-washable garments are processed in perchloroethylene (PERC) or hydrocarbon solvent-based machines. These solvents dissolve oils, grease, and heavy contaminants without using water, preventing fabric shrinkage or color bleeding.
4. Wet Washing (For Washable Items)
Laundry items are processed using automatic front-loading industrial washers, with programmable cycles for water level, temperature, and mechanical action, ensuring fiber safety.
5. Neutralizing & Conditioning
Garments are treated with fabric neutralizers and conditioners to restore softness, maintain pH balance, and enhance longevity.
6. Drying & Finishing
Items are dried using controlled tumble dryers or steam finishing tunnels to prevent fabric distortion.
7. Final Inspection & Steam Pressing
